I agree- Is follow up to post by maylan76 ...
I went along because the other 3 people wanted to experience the atmosphere and food. Supposedly because it is suppose to be authentic.
Just going into the place, the server argued with us about the number of chairs for our table. The decor was cheesy, the attitudes were offensive.
I love Italian food so I thought there is no way I would leave disappointed even if it wasn't the best. I regret not going with my first instinct.
Instead of advising us what they are known for serving family style dishes that they have chosen to represent, he tells us that we don't have a choice and our food will be out shortly. Seeing the other tables had menus put me off totally to be told something false.
I did not like the selection and didn't eat much although the bill was $36 a person. The food was not worth the price.I would have preferred food from a street vendor. -- 2/6/2006 1:21:21 PM
